The purpose of Special Central Assistance is to support the development of economically weaker regions by providing additional financial aid for infrastructure and poverty alleviation.

Program aimed at improving the income generation of the ST persons in ST areas through grant funding

Eligibility

All districts under TASP (Tribal Area Sub Plan - 11 Districts) are eligible for the fund

Coverage Area

Application Method

The programme is implemented directly at State and District Level by Tribal Department (at State level) and by Collector (at District level). There is no application method as such for the programme.

Detailed Project Report (DPR),Utilization Certificate,Proposal Letter,Budget Allocation Statement,Approval from State Finance Department ,Monitoring and Evaluation Plan,Audited Financial Statements ,Progress Report (if continuing project).
