Objective

The purpose of SSC scholarships for hostel students is to alleviate financial burdens and promote educational opportunities for students residing in hostels.

Benefits

1) Group A - Engineering, Medical and BSc - For Hostel student, monthly stipend of INR 750 and for day scholar INR 350, 2) Group B - Diploma in Engineering, Technical Sciences and Post Graduate Courses - For hostel students, monthly stipend of INR 510 and for day scholar INR 335, 3) Group C-Engineering, medicine, technical skill, commerce and for certificate of post graduate courses - For hostel student, monthly stipend of INR 400 and for day scholar INR 210, 4) Group D - Post metric studies up to graduation - For hostel student, a monthly stipend of INR 260 and for day scholar INR 160

Eligibility

Only for students of SEBC, Annual income limit for rural areas is Rs. 1,20,000 and for urban areas the annual income is Rs. 1,50,000.
