Farmers from Gujarat, especially Saurashtra region. Must be registered with Agriculture Department or KVK for seed distribution. Should have suitable land for kharif or rabi groundnut cultivation.

Apply through JAU Main Oilseed Research Station, Junagadh, or nearby Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK). Seeds can also be purchased from certified seed outlets linked with JAU. During seed distribution drives, farmers can avail subsidy (if declared by State Agriculture Dept.).
