The objective of the Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme is to provide financial assistance to severely disabled individuals from Below Poverty Line (BPL) families, ensuring their social security.
The purpose of this scheme is to provide financial support to severely disabled individuals from BPL families, helping them meet their basic needs, enhance their living standards, and promote social and economic inclusion.
Monthly Assistance of Rs 1000/-in direct being transferred to the bank account of the beneficiaries.
– Persons with 80% or more disability from BPL families, aged 18 years to 79 years.
