To promote the cultivation of Kamalam (Dragon Fruit), increase farmers’ income, and encourage diversification in horticultural crops.

Objective

The purpose of this scheme is to support farmers in cultivating Kamalam (Dragon Fruit) by providing financial assistance and technical guidance, thereby increasing profitability and promoting sustainable horticulture.

Benefits

Financial assistance of ₹3,00,000 per hectare for the plantation of Kamalam (Dragon Fruit).

Eligibility

All farmers with suitable land and irrigation facilities are eligible to avail assistance for Kamalam (Dragon Fruit) plantation.
