The scheme provides welfare and single window system at established 49 welfare centers for various other labour schemes for salt workers and other unorganized labourers at rural level.

The person visiting must be a rural labourer preferably working in unorganized sector (such as agriculture, waste management, share croppers, salt pan workers etc)
There is no application needed. Any worker requiring welfare counselling, medical assistance for treatment of serious diseases or purchase subdized rate bicycles can visit these welfare centers.
