Individual farmers, SHGs, FPOs, or cooperatives. Must have valid agricultural land records. Growing crops/horticulture where shredding is needed (cotton, maize, chili, castor, sugarcane, pruning waste). Must have access to a tractor (30–50 HP) if PTO-driven. One machine per beneficiary; area limit applies. Should not have availed subsidy earlier for the same component. Machine must be from approved / certified supplier. Submit Aadhaar, land record, bank details, photo, and invoice. Subject to field verification by department.
