Sardar Patel Awas Yojana is scheme for benefit of land less agricultural laborers and village artisan living BPL in rural areas of the State. The objective of the scheme is to provide financial assistance for construction of house on land for BPL artisans, farmers.

1) Free plot of land, 2) INR 29000 financial assistance for construction of house
The applicant must be: 1) Resident of the State of Gujarat in Rural Areas, 2) The applicant must be BPL, 3) The applicant should not own any land or house in his/her name, 4) The applicant must not be have availed any other housing benefits from any other scheme before this application, 5) The applicant must also furnish a certificate from the Sarpanch of his/her respective village that 'This peson has not availed any benefit till now from the Sardar Patel Awas Yojana in our village', 6) The scheme benefit can only be availed once per beneficiary

The application along with ration card and declarations must be submitted to Taluka Development Officer of concerned Taluka.
