"Individual farmers, farmer groups, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) Agri-entrepreneurs, startups, agri-business companies Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) and cooperative societies Must have a viable project proposal for agricultural infrastructure development Should apply through scheduled commercial banks, RRBs, small finance banks, or cooperative banks participating in the scheme No specific age, caste, or income restrictions apply, but project viability and creditworthiness are assessed."
