1) The applicant must be a resident female occupational traditional fisherman, 2) The applicant may at most obtain subsidy for purchase of 1 Lahri, 3) The applicant must have a license for sale of fish, 4) The purchae should only be made from empanelled organization and only after approval of the application from relevant line department at district level
