The purpose of scholarships for technical and professional courses is to alleviate financial barriers, enabling students to pursue specialized education and advance their careers.
The scheme provides INR 400 per month stipend to the students studying in Government ITI for training in vocational courses
The eligibility criteria is as follows: 1) Student should be studying in ITI, 2) Annual income of the applicant household should be less than INR 120,000 in rural areas, 3) Annual income of the applicant household should be less than INR 150,000 in urban areas
