The state government provides holistic development schemes for fishery industry as well as protecting the 405 km coastal line of the State of Gujarat. These schemes are aimed to improve the livelihood, security and welfare of the poor fisherman as well as fishing industry as a whole
Construction of house
Up to INR 50,000 for 35 Sq m construction of house for fisherman
1) The applicant must be currently residing in a kaccha makan, 2) The space where construction for habitation is to take place should be the ownership of the applicant. The applicant will have to furnish 7/12 form and form 8 for the land during the application process, 3) The plinth area for the construction must be minimum 35 sq meters, 4) The plan for the construction must be prepared and will be a part of application, 5) The construction shall be done by beneficiary not by government, 6) The construction must be finished within 1 year after approval of the subsidy
