The following details need to be given along with application form: 1) Photo ID Proof (Aadhar/PAN/Driving License/Election Card/Passport/Any ID issued by government), 2) Copy of Form 8A, 3) Copy of 7/12 form, 4) Consent letter of other joint land holders (if required), 5) Form 16/Farmers self declaration, 6) Electric bill/self certificate of farmer for declaring HP of electric motor or diesel engine respectively, 7) Details of Pass book/bank account details, 8) Water sharing consent letter, 8) SC/ST certificate, 9) Recommendation letter from respective PA's of Tribal Area Sub Plan Scheme, 10) Bank loan sanction letter, 11) GUVNL recommendation/approval letter in case of Tatkal/Darkzone area/PDC-RC. In addition, cost and design estimates are to be attached with application which include: 1) Quotation summary sheet, 2) Detailed break up of quotation, 3) Layout plan, 4) Techno economic report, 5) Soil and water testing report
