Objective

The purpose of the Assistance for Uniform Scheme is to provide financial support to students from economically and socially disadvantaged communities to purchase school uniforms, thereby promoting school attendance, reducing dropout rates, and encouraging inclusive education.

Benefits

Free of cost distribution of uniforms to ST students. (2 pairs)

Eligibility

All ST students from BPL families of Class 1 to 8 with annual family income up to INR 27,000 in rural areas and INR 36,000 in urban areas

Application Method

All the ST students studying in government schools are provided the benefit of the scheme

Student's Aadhaar Card,Caste Certificate,Income Certificate (if applicable),School Admission Proof,Bank Account Details​.
