School Registration Certificate: Proof of the school's official registration. Proposal for Green Initiatives: Detailed plan outlining proposed environmental activities such as rainwater harvesting, plantation, solar energy use, energy conservation, and waste management. Budget Estimates: Financial plan covering the costs associated with implementing green initiatives. Approval from School Management Committee (SMC): Formal consent from the SMC endorsing the proposed green initiatives. Photographs of Existing Infrastructure: Before implementation, photographs showcasing the current state of the school's infrastructure. Monitoring and Evaluation Plan: Strategy for assessing the effectiveness of the green initiatives post-implementation. Utilization Certificate (UC): Document certifying the proper use of funds allocated for green initiatives. Maintenance Plan: Long-term strategy for maintaining the green infrastructure and practices implemented.
