Individuals, including farmers and entrepreneurs Groups such as Self-Help Groups (SHGs), Joint Liability Groups (JLGs), and Farmers’ Clubs Dairy cooperatives, producer companies, and Panchayati Raj Institutions Applicants must propose a viable dairy-related project (e.g., dairy farms, processing units) Must have access to land and basic infrastructure, or the ability to lease it Should approach a banking institution eligible under the scheme for loan processing"
