Objective

The purpose of the BCK-32 Dr. P.G. Solanki Financial Assistance Scheme is to empower Scheduled Caste law graduates in Gujarat to start their own legal practice by offering financial support.

Benefits

The scheme provides fresh graduate lawyer who are training under a senior lawyer with more than 10 years of experience the following benefits: 1) INR 1000 per month for first year to the law graduate, 2) INR 800 per month for the second year, 3) INR 600 per month for the third year. In addition, the senior lawyer is paid INR 500 per month per trainee for max 2 trainee lawyers

Eligibility

1) The applicant must be fresh law graduate, 2) The applicant must provide proof that he/she is training under a senior experienced practicing lawyer, 3) Application must be submitted within 2 years after registration with Bar Council
