Setting up Mushroom Farm, Tissue Culture Farm, Ventiliation Systems, Shades, Precision farming equipment Fan & Pad Systems, Tunnel Structures, Planting Equipment
Loans/Interest subsidies for setting up mushroom and tissue culture farms as well as projects related to post harvest management
Any individual, group of individuals, legal entity, Cooperative Society Society, Society, FPO, Cooperative Society Marketing Federation, SHG, APMCs, Marketing Boards/Committees, Agro-Industries Corporations which are engaged in commercial horticulture projects are eligible to apply.

The application form has to be filled online through http://nhb.gov.in through 'Apply Online and Track Status' Tab. Along with application, it would be necessary to upload copy of Detailed Term Loan Sanction Letter of Bank issued for new projet along with application fee in form of DD or Credit Card Payment. The Application can be made physically through printing the application form available online and submitting the same with requisite documents to Managing Director, National Horticulture Board, Gurugram. The documents required along with applicaiton include: 1) Recipt of online application fee payment, 2) Certified copy of record of rights over piece of land for project. In case of lease, lease deed will be required, 3) Detailed Project Report (DPR) duly siged by promoter on each page of DPR, 4) Certified copy of caste certificate by comptent authority in case of SC/ST applicants, 5) Certified copy of Aadhar Card, 6) In case of company, certified copy of registration certificate, copy of bye laws, copy of board of director resolution for passing authority of application to applicant for registration for IPA, certified copy of latest Audit Report, 7) Basic data sheet of equipment
