The purpose of a Merit-cum-Means scholarship for religious minorities is to promote educational opportunities, support academic excellence, and reduce financial barriers for students from minority communities, fostering inclusive development and empowerment.
1) For students in Degree level courses - For hostel student, INR 1000 per month stipend and for day scholar, INR 500. This scholarship is only for initial 10 months, 2) Admission fees and tuition fees are granted up to Max 20,000 on case by case basis
1) Only for student of religious minority such as Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddh, Jain and Parsi, 2) Annual household income should not be more than INR 2,50,000/-, 3) Only for professional courses at degree level such as medical and engineering sciences
