Objective

This scheme is implemented with a view to impart education to the Disable children of economically weaker guardians to purchase necessary materials for their education and to instigate education among them, thereby minimizing the educational expenditure to some extent.

Scholarships for disabled students aim to provide financial support and equal opportunities for education, fostering inclusivity and empowering individuals to achieve their academic and career goals.

Benefits

Stipend ranging from INR 1500 per annum to INR 4500 per annum for PwD studens in Std 1 to 8

Eligibility

1) The person must have more than 40% disability, 2) The applicant must have passed the last annual exam with atleast 40% score, 3) Regular attendance in school, 4) Annual household income of the applicant should not exceed INR 50,000
